High Mountain Dirt Riders
The dust has settled, the mud has dried, the Shotgun events for 2010 are now history.
The enduro has passed and a new Grand Champion has taken the Shotgun Award, Jeff Melik is the 2010 champ.
Our venue at Grier City, Pa once again proved to be an awesome place to have an enduro, many thanks to the surronding towns and residents for such great hospitality.
Our hare scramble this year was a trip back to the ways of our past as the AMA National Hare Scramble Series joined us for this season. It has been years since HMDR has hosted a National and it was great to be back in that capacity.
Michael Laffterty has ridden many High Mountain events over the years but this year riding the blue Husaberg he came out with his game on, taking the 2010 National at High Mountain.
Many thanks go out to friends and families that took the time from their daily lives and helped make our events a success. Thanks to southside Conservation club in Catawissa for their land and special thanks to the members of VFTR of the ECEA and BMER of District 6 for the help of their members at both our Hare Scramble and enduro, theymade a huge difference...
